How Virtual Care Works: 

Virtual Health Care providers are available from anywhere through our app and is designed for relatively minor conditions not requiring medical procedures, such as sinus infection, earache, sore throat, or UTI. 

Virtual Urgent Care provides triage to patients who typically go directly to an Emergency Room even for non-emergency situations. Providers will assess and advise the patient, follow-up or order prescriptions as necessary, and direct the patient where to go when more serious care is warranted. All this without the typical $50-$75 co-pay, waiting for appointments, or missing work.
